Dolls that are available in-stock are usually delivered within 5 – 7  days within the United States and Canada and 15 days globally. For customers who reside within Toronto and the GTA orders are usually delivered with 48 hours of purchase. Dolls that are not in-stock and special orders are  delivered within 20-30 days after we receive the payment. We need 7-21 days for production (depending on the doll’s brand and features) and one week for transportation.

Absolutely. Your doll will be delivered in a plain brown box. No markings indicate the content inside, the name of our company doesn’t appear either. Your doll will be labelled “mannequin” for custom clearance.
